It's my understanding that when implemented the total amount of HAM you have will be temporarily reduced. With this in place people will no longer incurr damage when using specials, but instead have temporarily smaller HAM. This being said, whatincentive is there for buffing socondary stats if this goes live? Forgive me if it's an obvious answer that I'm overlooking I'm just a little burnt out from studying nearly 24/7 for exams.

My dream armor would would not only have low encumbrances but it would have extremely high resists to nerf cries.

Please visit my shop 'Sako's meds n resources' which has relocated to -163, -404 in Zero city on talus. (Closest to dearic)

THere are a LOT of changes going on from that according to TH's posts in Dev Tracker/ The only assurances I have are that Healres will definitely not be forgotten in the balancing the wholse system out, but we just have no real inforation or metrics to work from until the entire set of changes is in place in several months.

I would hope that the rate of depletion and the regeneration rate would be tied to secondary stats as they currently are. I cant see them doing it any other way, but then again, im not part of the development team...so who knows. :-P

It wasn't just the primaries it affected. It also lowered secondaries as well. Even more so than the primaries..
