I recently purchased 10 Medicine Experimentation +1 Skill Enhancing Attachments (SEA's). I placed those 10 attachments into 3 articles of clothing (first had 4 sockets, second had 4 sockets, third had 3 sockets). After placing each tape, I recieved a notice on my screen saying "item used". After placing the atttachments, two articles of clothing should have been +4, and one article +3. Well, upon examining the new outfit I noticed that each item of clothing was only Medicine Experimentation +1. Each article also showed empty sockets, which there should not have been.

I put in a Customer Service Ticket, and after 24 hours this was the reply:

Greetings! This is CSR-JustinD responding to your ticket. I am sorry you have experienced these unfortunate circumstances. Thank you for informing us of this situation.

Currently Skill Enhancing Attachments or Skill Tapes do not function properly. If you attach more than one Skill Tape on a socketed piece of clothing or armor only the first skill tape will take effect. Also if a skill tape has more than one enhancement only one will augment your skill. Unfortunately WE ARE UNABLE TO REIMBURSE ANY USED SKILL TAPES. Skill tapes should be fixed in an upcoming update.

**edit**?!?! Why will they not replace these if they know I lost them and they know it is bugged? Why would they allow multiple tapes to be destroyed if they know this is a problem?? I am one step closer to leaving this game. This is just nuts.
