there are not any med use skill tapes that he could use

I'm afraid + med use tapes don't and won't work.

There were a lot of problems w/ them, so they are dead.

Buy them at your own risk, as they are not supposed to be working (and we are working at finding all the drops to get them out of the game).

Yeah and the BE Enhancements are for wound treatment and Speed...not use

BE tissues should no longer be crafting with a + med use rating eiter. the schematic for that tissure was changed a while back.

Any clothes existing with an old tissue, should be giving no actual bonus for + med use (the skills screen is notoriously buggy with + stats.. it may look like you are getting the bonus.. but you won't be able to use packs over your real rating).

If he doesn't want to do master doc, maybe he can try asking a MD to make D buffs with meduse of 90 or so.... basically just low enough so that he can use them withoutbeing a master himself. I can't recall the exact numbers - you might want to check those up.

I still have +75 med use cloths on my wookie. It shows the bonus in my window but it's just for show.

All he needs is doctor 0/2/4/0 to apply buffs but he will get much better results if he is Doctor 0/4/4/0 and that will also give him the ability to Rez. to make up for some lost skill mods look for 3 pieces of BE +15would/injury treatment clothes that you can wear at the same time. Thats the only way i know of to get the good buffs and not master Dr.

Stick with only going for +25 in BE clothing. It's been stated repeatedly that anything over +25 isn't counted by the system, even though it shows up in the skills UI.

Only the Wound Treatment or Injury Treatment BE stat tissue-enhanced clothing or skill attachements will give you a discernable bonus. Medicene USE mods are no long craftable, or dropping in loots, because they never worked. Any items still in game will not work ( I know this for a fact, I have an old shirt with Medicene Use 10, it does nothing, despite displaying on the skill page). The only thing to do is pay a doctor to experiment the med use down on items you wish to buy ( or make you a schematic).
