this skill Kinda confuses me, is it just a bigger version of vitalize? so Does it just bugg our stats without the need of an item? If so how powerfull is it and how long does it last?

Heal Enhace is the skill for applying buffs

Vitalize is a zabrak ability that buffs the 3 main stats for 50 points each.
