Thread: CSR's can't read

I put a ticket into the Holo and the CSR told me injury treatment and wound treatment DO NOT affect enhances. They can't read. If u hover over the skill tree under mods and wound treatment it specifically says that it does also affect enhancement medications.
Thoughts ?

Dunno why they would think it doesn't. Mane they thought you were talking about something else. Sounds like they were confused, though.

The CSR in this case is incorrect.
I dunno why.
Wound treatment affects the giving of buffs quite a bit.

Doesn't suprise me. I'd rate CSRs, and most tech support for that matter,one step above burger flippers as far as being able to do a job correctly.

There have been many anecdotal accounts of CSR's similar to yours. The problem seems to be rooted in afailure to carefully read customer service tickets prior to responding. Not that it excuses it (if they respond at all they should read completely the ticket) but this is likely due to the sheer number oftickets these guys are answering. Also consider that only 5-10% of them are non-frivolous, imagine what these guys day of work is like.
Best thing to do is just re-ticket it until you get a good response.

What was the problem you had that got that answer by the way?
It is a strange issue to come up with in a CSR situation in the first place.
