Thread: I have a question about poison cure 'types'.
Don't know that anybody has an answer for you. As a former CM correspondent and current Master Doctor I have found time and time again that a cure made of mediocre resouces consistanly cures CM DoTs with excellent resources on the first time if they are of equal strength (ABC wise)
However, I do not know if this has changed since they have started shoeinf effectiveness ratings of cures.
There have been twice I have had to use a C cure twice..Probably has to do with either 1)stacked poisons or 2)High Potency or Effectiveness poisons.. There was a discussion about exactly how the ratings coincided, but it escapes me..
Either the Potency or the Effectiveness of a poison will jive with the effectiveness of a cure.. I don't think a cure will heal like a state does.

Hi.I have question regarding this. I've looked but haven't been able to find a satisfactory reply. Are the higher level cure poisons mostly used in PvP to cure high level poisons used by combat medics? I'm been playing for sometime, and I find I've never needed to use anything except A's, and that seems a little strange to me. Every animal that's poisoned myself of groups mates in the game, has been able to be cured with a single 'A' pack charge.
Reagardless whether the poison is mild, medium, or what have you. The only time when I had to use more then one use, was months ago, when I was bitten by a spitting rawl while out sight seeing. After I ran off. I used a cure 'A', and it said the poison level had been reduced. The second use, cured it completely. I know Rawls have strong poison, but I've been bitten by other strong poison animals, and have been able to cure on one try only, so I'm a little confused as to what the higher level cures are used for?
Any help is appreciated, thanks. [smiles]
To answer your question more specifically.... C class cures are really only worthwhile when treating PVP related poisons/diseases. Anything else you can get by just fine using B's, even A's for that matter.
