an easier way to get at least +5 is to complete the Jabba them park and get a master tailor to make a medical smock (assuming your lucky enough to get the right schematic) from one of the rewards you get their.

for the Jabba quest?

its really pretty easy if you have some decent combat skills

just go to the palace on Tatooine and start doing the missions from the NPCs.

Eventually, one of the rewards will be a "Crafters Apron" schematic

this item can become the schematic for one of several different types of aprons, including a medical, chef, artisan and others i think. You wont know which one you got until you give it to a master Tailor to make. The apron will require several units of heavy duty leather, so make sure the tailor you use has some, or try and get some yourself.
