By itself it won't give you any more experimentation points. However with another +1 skill tape and a med crafters apron (+5) you can get 1 more experimentation points.

*waves hand* It's not worth anything. *waves hand again* you want to give it to me. It was worth a shot. On Sunrunner those are going for about 1 million per point, so 4 million.
