Ok, I have been having one heck of a hard time making buffs. The best i have gotten so far has been 749 power on my D's. I know I need high quality resources. But does every resource need ot be in the 900's. I have wasted days worth of hours trying to track down or buy high quality resources but for some I cant find anything better the 750oq. It may just be me on lowca but I think this server has been harvested empty. i also have 10 bottles of 100-109 power janta blood. how far will this help me?
Any advice would be awesome! Besides i'm sure that others have the same problems as me. If not then smack me and call me sally.

Its taken me about 3 months to gather my own resources that are worth a **edit**. Avian meat make the buff. Get good avian meat over 950 oq and above 700 pe and ur in the mid 800s np.

Save the Janta blood until you can hit over 900 power using a normal ABEC. With 750 power, bivoli, and BE clothes, you should be able to buff right around 2000 on each stat. I don't think people will complain.
