I just made Master Doctor on Corbantis. (Yay me! :smileyhappy

Anyway, I don't yet have the greatest ingredients for my buffs, so I can only provide 1.7-2K enhance for about 1hr 45min. That's with my 110 droid, +14 BE clothes (I know I need 11 more), and eating Bivoli. I hang out in the med center on Bestine so I don't get swamped and offer buffs for 5000cr. I either get customers that are great and come back for more buffs and sometimes tip more than 5K, or jerks that tell me I suck and that I'm trying to screw them. (/addignore is my best friend sometimes.) I figured 5K was fair since it's like half the buff for half the price. (Most of my customers can't afford 10K buffs and often seem to appreciate the HMO level quality and pricing.)

What do you more experience doctors think of my prices? Any input you may provide would be appreciated!

Hi!

I am a Master Dr on Corbantis and that is about the right price. Maybe in your /shour (or however you are advetising your buff) you should include the buff amount and duration. Alot of Docs are buffing for 2k+ (I even saw a doc claiming he could buff for 2500) and for 3+ hours on our server, so most players have a pretty high expectation...

But, I would be glad to get one of your buffs, and the price is nice

I usually send /tells to people that walk in so the medics don't have to hear me shout over and over. I make it clear my buffs are not top of the line. I usually offer "Better than nothing buffs" or "Marginal buffs" and sometimes get a laugh. It's not like I'm trying to push them off as top of the line.

Although getting better avian my be tough you might try getting some better gas. It will go a long way into makeing your packs a little better. If you can get the duration over 2 hrs then you will have some good (not great) buffs. The issue is that with only 1:45 duration it will be hard for a hunter to get the buff in the med center, run to the planet, group, get mission, and then hunt before the buff is down to an hour.

You might try going to Dant and have your M. Doc tag up. When they ask you for a buff then use your macro /r with your stats and see who bites. If there is another doc there selling buffs that are much better then cut their price in half and advertise them as the economy buff. Many people will not be hunting for 3+ hours and dont need the greatest buff to get them by.
