Is there a such thing as Medicine Use Tapes???

I know there used to be but it never actually worked and the devs finally said they didn't mean for them to be in game and wouldn't ever be fixed to work. That was months and months ago though so I don't know if it has changed or not.

They don't work. There's been some in the game since release but they don't help you at all.

so if you have row 3 completely filled give you med use 90 and you use a +1 tape, it won't put you at 91??

How wierd. Wonder why????

probably the controversy of removing the purposeto having only 250 skill points.

or maybe like all other things its a bug they cant be assed to fix
