I've finally done it (reached master too) after weeks grafting stims for med exp.
Next I need to try how good med packs I can make with my current recources.

Don't be discouraged if your first packs really suck, it's all about materials.
For high quality packs, don't use ANYTHING with OQ < 900. Try to find secondary stats (PE/UT, and DR for enhance packs) over 900 of course, but going as low as 600 is acceptable, especially for your first "set". Dipping in OQ will *kill* your pack though, because it drags down everything, not just the charges or power.
Go advanced on everything if you can for components. The crappiest aCRDM you can make is still > a basic CRDM. This is where a large amount of your power comes from, too. Go for charges on the aBEC first, unless you're a power freak--but it's the only component to add charges. Lastly, this isn't mentioned much, but risk as many experiment points as you can while staying at 0% failure chance. That number isn't very accurate, but you can count on hitting great success almost every time then. If you're going for the super pack, for a schematic, then feel free to risk all your points at once--but you'll do it a LOT before you hit that amazing success and have the best pack you can make with the materials. (So make sure you have a HUGE excess of material before trying that.)
