I'm from Chilastra. But the same rules apply i guess to someone trying to grind doctor.

First and foremost, you are given the ability to simultaneously do two separate professions, or maybe 3.

My advice: do unarmed(1st column of brawler), scout (1st and 3rd columns - 1st for running around faster, and 3rd for harvesting) and medic.

For scouting, find a group or do solo missions to get scouting xp. This will give you money and resources to sell (aka more money). You can then purchase your needed resources for doctor grinding (for doctor crafting, you will need 28k of lokian wheat and 28k of tat fiberplast). For medic crafting, you'll need less than that. Also purchase 3 crafting stations to maximise your crafting time.

Once you hit unarmed 4, you qualify for Teras Kasi. This unarmed combat profession is one of the most effective in terms of PVE. with teras kasi master you can solo almost anything (krayt dragons from time to time even). With that you can easily harvest and again make money off resources. Best is, when grinding TK, you don't need armor. You would need buffs tho.

With that money, purchase Stim B (Stim As suck) packs and head to a medical center. There will always be people tumbling so that you can heal 'em. That will help in your medical xp. And if you can find a dedicated tumbler, master medic is easily attained, and so is doctor.

In my case I did Master Medic in 3 hours and Master Doctor in 2 days. And trust me, there are others who have done it faster than I have.

mastering doctor is the easy part. keeping the profession can be harder. as you master doctor and get a feel for what resources you will need you will see its alot to keep up with. always keep an eye on swgcraft.com to see where the best stuff is and how long its been there. that site will give you all info you need on every resource in game. good luck to you
