Well it will be nearly impossible for you to play by yourself. However if you have a group to actually play with all the time it is a...nice support template. I personally didn't like it, but it will work if all you want to do is heal.

ur temp prop wont work, maybe after publish 19 though, because when u heal u pull aggro, alot of aggro, so ull always be getting hit, ur gonna need some uber defenses. try going something for tanking, like im Mdoc/TK and some special spice. everytime i duel Mdefender i make them channel, u need to back up ur templete, if ur going Doc u should pick a temp where u pick ppl from far away, or a temp where u can stand it., as for PvP if ppl find out ur a doc, there gonna gun for ya with there ranged, when they find pout one hit is gonna take like 1/3 of ur health, there gonna all gank you, so i woulndt be wise to go with this templete, but hey try it out if u want, i wouldnt sugeest wasteing ur Respec token thou. save it for something really good

The MD/MCM is a fun template if you like to do everything in a group. I would suggest, however, that you drop the M. Medic and the xxx4 medic and pick up a novice elite range prof. The extra def, speed, acc., etc will be more useful than the +20 healing eff. There is a deminishing returns when it comes to eff so when going from 180 to 200 you will not see much of a boost.

same advice from me. i would propose novice pistoleer. as MCM u can use the Allaince Disruptor, a nice pistol - so u can use some pistol bonus.

hey all, im a pretty new guy and the medical proffession caught my eye ...

currently my stats are:

4x34 doc

master medic

i am also a master tailor and am thinking of using my token to respec to MCM to have a final template of MD,MCM, and MM. Now w/ this template, thats a healing efficiency of 200.

my question is in the subject...i understand its going to be diffucult to solo NPC's and solo PVP; however when grouped against NPC it wouldnt be to bad, but how about group PVP's? just because i have little offensive skills (other then MCM's DOT's) will that make 'dead meat' out there on the battlefield?

what you guys think?

thanx in advance

Only if you make it a habit to group with incompetent tanks.

pistoleer would be nice for the imp stopping shot however a vet guild'e told me unless you get smug to go w/ it....stoppingshot is kinda useless as it doesnt work all the time...

and as for the agro w/ healing, ive discovered away around that. once a groupmember gets hit and takes damage (if hes >= my CL), i hit him w/ bacta jab. this causes the least amount of healing, therefore the least amount of agro but your still going to get credit xp wise in the long run. now, if he starts to really take damage, i guess you dont really have a choice but to hope he's generated enough h8 so you can bacta shot him and not grab the agro.

if your groupmember is <= your CL ... ive noticed you almost, nearly, and totally always grab the agro if you heal him. that sux! hehe ... chances are he's not going to be able totake the agro back off of you afterwards so therefore in the end, your incapped and seconds later, he's incapped...and well, thats that

Well since your template will be fairly finished at that point. XP won't be your primary concern. You may be able to sucessfully employ a pet (Droid or Faction Trooper,) for Some NPC combat. I don't recommend you try to take out level 54 Mobs. But a pet used stragically with your DOTS can be a formidable force. I perfer faction troopers because they can be healed while in combat and they are fairly cheap.
