Well, it appears that Wound Treatment Speed in CA form does absolutely nothing to speed up the buff and or wound healing process. I may be wrong, but I didn't notice any change in time between when i buffed someone's stat, and the timer dropped allowing me to buff the next stat. Is it all just a fluke? Is there something here I'm missing? Please inform me as I am generally ignorant to the inner workings of doctor. The bonus from the CA's shows up in my skills window (+25 above the normal 100 granted at Master Doctor) and still nothing. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

I have never seen any data in this forum that showed that wound treatment speed tapes increased the buffing speed.
On the other hand, I have seen many posts like your of people with lots of + to wound treatment speed that have stated they they saw no increase in speed.
I don't have any bonuses so I can not say first hand.
One thing you might do for use is to buff w/o the outfit on and then see how fast you can buff by trying to buff every second (ignoring any system measages). Then do the same with the outfit on and see if there is a change.
I suggest ignoring the system measages because we know using havla works even thought it does not change the timers on the system measages.

Well, just tested it out, and sure enough, it still doesn't work. Still had a 15 second delay between stats. So that sucks, especially consideringI just sank a worthy amount of $$ into buying the tapes.

I tried it without tapes and its 15 seconds for me. No food or drink other than bivoli.

I have only +2 in speed tapes, but it does let me buff at shorter intervals. I figured this out because I use a macro to buff people and I had to increase the pause in between when I didn't have those clothes on.

Though it was normally 18 seconds at MDoc...
its around 15 to 18 seconds, it depends on a few things... ping time, video lag, and overall processor speed
you can add a second or two (or three) on if you're running a little slow on any one of those... if i'm ever in like cnet or theed and am buffing, it takes about a second from the time i click the icon in my ui toolbar before it actually does the enhancement. if i'm out in the middle of nowhere its almost instant
edit: as far as i know i tried a +5 tape once and didn't get any noticible difference, even though it'll go to +25 like any other attachment, idk if it actually affects the speed for an enhancement

I don't believe it does. AsI said, I have +25 to wound treatment speed in tapes, which i have invested quite a few credits into only to find that it did absolutely nothing. I buff at 15 second intervals regardless of whether im wearing the suit or not. This sucks. lol.

My buff speed is 17sec ( or 16,5 sec ), but I use 17 sec in my buff macro. And the CA dont work! use havla!
