Hi there

Just became a Doc yesterday and was wondering about a couple of things:

I am 3-4-4-0 Doc and can buff at 2195 and 2229 Action for three hours. I am looking to increase my stats right now w/o the crafting tree (which I'll eventually have). I am wearing a BE Doc smock with a +25 mod and take Bivoli. This raises my wound treatment stat to 125. Is that the cap or does it go up to 150 (say with the +25 with master Doc).If it does go up higher is there anything else besides Bivoli to help, and if not, what's the highest Bivoli boost you've seen?

Also forgot one other odd thing: when I buff myself I get 2400's as stats. Is there a reason why buffs on myself are higher than other players (though I have buffed a couple of people at 2400's range and had 2195 with the same buff pack.)

Where are you buffing and what is your droids medical rating?

A droid with 110 med rating will give the best buff results.

If you combine that droid with a "Medical Center" player city, then the buff is even higer.

Medical centers in NPC cities or Player Cities that are not "Medical Centers" provide no additional bonus to the buff.

IE, using your 110 droid out if the middle of no where will provide a better buff result than being in a Medical Center or a Medical Building in a non medical center player city.

I'm using a 110 Med Droid. I've buffed in a C-net Med Center and also C-net Starport.

Do you remember where you were when you got the lowered buff?

Also, you mentioned a Med Center. If you are in a med center, even if your droid follows you inside, you will not get the bonus from the droid. The med center overrides the 110 from the droid and brings it down to 100 for the center.

I assume this did not happen at a Star Port?

The lowered buff was at the starport and in the c-net med center. Yet, I got a 2400 buff at the med center and once at the MO on Dantooine.

Not a clue then.

The only time I have had a similar experience is when I tried to use a droid in a NPC Med Center,

Or when I went from one bivoli type to another with out realizing that one was 25 and the followup one was only 23.

My experience is that 99.9% of these anomolies start at the finger tip.

One more possiblity, what was the targets Battle Fatigue?

Anything over 250 begins to degrade the buff effectiveness.
