To free up some skill points, I am thinking of dropping master doc. What I am wondering is, has anyone tried using the apparently broken buff enhancers at a lower lvl to see if they can match master lvl buffs? We know were stuck with the 10% buff, and the times seem fairly consistant as well.

Think I may test this tonite and see what happens. We have our bivoli, droids, and BE clothing, they should do something after all.
