Do we still need buff/stim packs?
Does the enchance/heal command activate a pack or are they now completely separate?
Am I making any sense?

I haven't seen my inventory deplete when I use a command, and there is absolutely no difference in buffs from command vs packs that I have seen. I have therefore stopped carrying packs, at least until I find packs that will buff more than 10%.

My hand crafted packs last about 8 minutes longer in duration is all. They are still 10% buffs...

I've actually started getting a longer buff time for the packs I had that converted with the CU. They're still only 10% but they actually last 50 minutes now.
