I currently have Advanced wound treatment and med knowledge trained. I have no plans of taking med crafting as I can buy the enhancers I want to use from a master doctor in game already. What I want to know is, would I gain more from training Expert Wound treatment, or should I go with Expert med knowledge for another 10 points of med use? Is having med use of 80 going to get me anything that I cannot use with the 70 I have now? or will the gain from wound treatment allow me to get even more out of the Enhancers I can already use?

im worried about using enhanced stim D's as the normal D's I can make are around 500 and at times I can get a 1k heal out of them.

im thinking about trying to either get a bigger boost from enhancers or being able to use better ones.

By enhance D's, sweetdeath was talking about the enhance pack D's, not 'enhanced' stims. The highest lvl enhance packs (aka buffs) have an avg med use of 74 or so.

I believe, if memory serves, that Enhance-D's are Medical Use 74
