Thread: Price check...
on aisle 6 ![]()
So, those of you who's "stock and trade" is in supplying Hides/Meat/Bones...
What guidelines do you go buy when "pricing" ??
If you wanna state prices great!
If not, just a general.. "here is what I go by" would be great also ![]()
Thanks!
recently for me.....
regardless of the quality I have gone 10 credits per unit of meat/hide. I generally do not sell bone though.
The meat and hide if extremely poor would go for 7.5 credits per unit. In general if I have a batch of 100 units of herb meat...it always sells for 1000 on the bazaar...everytime.
Base rule of thumb: divide OQ by 10 and round up. That is pretty clost to the cr/u. Try to keep SR above 500. For your stuff, all that matters is DR. If it's crappy OQ and SR then use it for your stuff. Some guys don't really care about SR and you can stil sell something. (now camo kits are an exception, I think it's OQ for them, the more bits that are high the more uses you can experiment upa given pack)
however...
You can always sell at any price that the market will bare. IF you have arties screaming for stuff, you can get away with higher. A good indication of this is no or little organics listed in the Bazaar (like recently). Remember: you incure expeses to hunt, and that has to be compensated.
Recently I have changed my pricing. And have only just sold some resources for the first time since the harvesting changes.
My deciding factors are OQ and Demand. What I mean by demand is, that is I know people are needing a particular resource, I jack up my prices. Last night I had about 500 herbivore meat, with an OQ of 600 or so. I know that medic and doctors really like herbivore meat so I sold that stack for 2k. It went in 5 minutes. Should have charged more? hehe
If the OQ is under 500, I charge anywhere from 3-5 cr per unit. Over 500 OQ I charge anywhere from 5-7 cr a unit. I'm still testing this and seeing how fast things sell, if at all.
Hey guys quick price check on this Laser rifle:
6.5 82-538 33-41-75 W/powerup 6.5 95-716 33-41-75
Thanks for the input ![]()
would love to help u but intrepid is way over priced, i generally price by adps or average damage per second, u achieve this number by adding the max and the min damage together and devide by 2 to get the average damage, next take that number and devide it by the speed. to figure out what the gun does in combat and howmuch damage it does per second in that combat. i personally charge 150 credits per adps, + an extra 20k on top of that for kryat tissue used. and im cheep on intrepid.

Seems like a nice damage sliced laser rifle.
50K maybe? unless there is a krayt laser rifle witha bad slice..
I got a few nice damage sliced laser rifles in my vendor selling them for 35K each.
my guess would be that you can get arround 50K for it, maybe a bit more.
