Its easy


/stand;

/cure dizzy;


The trick is diong it at the right time.


It needs to run at the start of a combat round, if you know what I mean.

I use:

/ui action clearCombatQueue;
/stand;
/healstate self dizzy;
/pause 1;
/healstate self dizzy;

just press it once.. don't spam it.
