I was under the impression that a doc could still heal dizzy when knockdown. I was pretty sure I've seen Docs do this before. When im knockdown, I get the message that you can not healstate dizzy when kd. Is there a macro or trick to doing this or is it impossible to heal a dizzy state to stand back up?

You cannot heal anything while you are knocked down. What you are seeing is a doc running a stand macro. I don't use it, cause it doesn't always work, and if you are standing and dizzy and you /standyou can kd yourself, lol. The macro is pretty easy, and it does work sometimes maybe more often idk since I don't use it. It would simply look like this:
standHeal (or whatever you want to name it)
/stand;
/healdizzy; (not sure on the actual command for that (I'm at work))
/pause 1;
/stand;
/healdizzy; (not sure on the actual command for that (I'm at work))
/pause 1;
/stand;
/healdizzy; (not sure on the actual command for that (I'm at work))
/pause 1;
/stand;
/healdizzy; (not sure on the actual command for that (I'm at work))
/pause 1;
etc...... however many times it takes to be dffective. Might need to experiment with it a little.

ok, so it is possible. I just need to work on my macro then. Does anyone have a sure fire one they know will work?

You just have to spam it 3-4 times, and eventually you will get the heal in and stand up..

Any suggestions from you pvp pros that get the kd/dizzy from the TKA's?

Honestly, Cheech, I don't think there is a sure-fire way to heal off the dizzy while KD'd. I run a macro that does..
/stand;
/healstate dizzy self;
/pause 1;
/healstate dizzy self;
and I'll keep hitting this until it's successful (not spamming it, but hit it once, if it works, stop, if i flop, hit it again). Sometimes I'm up first try, sometimes I'll flop until I'm dead 
I don't recommend running a looping macro though, because you'll just end up knocking yourself back down more often than not - plus having to dump macros in the middle ofa pvp battle can be a pain.

Just trying to get my ass up quickly when i get knockdown.
