Dengar had his body modified after a bad race and it made him stronger, faster, etc. I think these would be really cool to have in game and could add a whole new element to the game and something else for docs heh

You're talking about semi-permanent or permanent buffs?
That could be interesting but then everyone would be a cyborg of one stripe or another. I don't think anyone is gonna buy that one.

What would make this a good idea is if it had a serious negative effect, or if it only enhanced when having a certian item equiped. Such as if you are a Cyborg you cannot wear a helmet or any type, thus no prevention from mind hits....etc. Might be a good idea, but could also further hurt the game in the PvP aspect.
