Actually, Injury Treatment tapes(as well as Wound Treatment) counts toward the same +25 cap as BE enhanced clothes, so they are pretty much worthless.

Nothing worth doing is completed in our lifetime,

Anything that has to do w/ injury treatment has to do with medic. Anything that has to do w/ wound treatment has to do w/ doctor.

Short answer to your question = No, no affect.

If it's injury treatment, as has been said already, it counts toward the same +25 cap as BE clothes. If it's injury treatment speed, that's a different story. Unfortunately, there was a hard minimum put on the injury treatment timer a few patches ago, so the tape isn't likely to do anything for you. Wound treatment speed tapes do help with buffing and healing wounds faster.

yep even more worthless now that Senses tree in jedi quests adds injury/wound (w/e is it

)treatment and treatment speed.

lol injury treatment and wound treatment are worthless due to cap,BUT INJURY TREATMENT SPEED AND WOUND TREATMENT SPEED ARE NOT. INJURY SPEED will make you heal faster.

Wound speed will make you buff faster

Now for your question i dont know if injury speed is capped with a cloth +25 of it. you will have to check your skill mods at skill page and if it is alreafy 125, then it is capped:

Injury treatment & wound treatment are be tissue mods

Injury treatment speed & wound treatment speed are valueable (or at least were) but sadly wound treatment speed no longer makes buffs go faster! Injury treatment speed makes stims and cures faster, but buffs and wounds are capped at 4 seconds which is what you're at if you have diag 4. hope this helps!
