hey i looted some modified dispersal mechanisms, i think from rebel theme park i dunno. anyways there is 6 of them, here is the stats:
charges: 20
effective range: 25
area effect: 20
my question is, are these worth anything? because i know sometimes that components that u get as loot can be equivalent or worse than crafted components

That's actually a subcomponent that only Combat Medics can use it so you will probably get a much betterresponsein their forum. But considering it's a theme park loot they're probably not worth too much.

Not true...
Docs use dispersal mechanisms in Area Cures.
Modified Dispersal Mechs (which is what those are) are a bit better than crafted Advanced Dispersals. Of course, an Area Cure C takes 4 identical dispersals (and a B takes 3), so those are only worth keeping if you have at least 3 that are identical.
I use 'em to make Janta Area Cures -- they bump up the range by a couple points... Which is good, since (after they changed it) experimentation on range does next to nothing.

Yeah, my bad. Forgot about those.
But don't worry, he already got his answer on the CM forum.

Ahh, ya, area effect probably caps at 25 on the crafted version eh?
I forget -- our class 2 petro has been terrible for so long I've given up trying to find really good dispersals to use.
