Okay,
I read the FAQ and the crafting stuff in the FAQ. I'm only doing Doctor for the medical experimentaion. In fact I'm just going to be 0004.
I was completely confused after reading the crafting FAQ. But from what I can gather no matter what you are crafting when it comes to Organic resources OQ and PE need to be high and for Inorganics OQ and UT need to be high. Of course never get an inorganic with PE otherwise it gets really complicated. Am I close to the truth or what?

Yes. Close enough 
There are always exceptions to the Golden Rule (like DR when experimenting for effectiveness on enhance packs...), but as a general rule, it will work. But, as always, when in doubt, consult your Datapad, or if off-line, check SWGCraft's schematics listing.

This spreadsheet http://www.lan4all.net/buffcalc.xls target=_blank>here was made by Pircio. With it you can pretty much calculate the power and duration of enhance packs. (As well as power and charges of all the subcomponents that goes into making packs).
Not sure if that's what you're after. But for calculating enhance packs, it's an awesome spreadsheet. Props to Pircio.

One more question I forgot to ask. Is there a website where you can just plug in the numbers and it works it out for you or does anyone know of an Excel worksheet I can download?
I supposed I could do it myself but since I'm not entirely sure what the hell is exactly going on, I'd prefer to get it from a master.
