My question is if i have a schematic for a medical crafting apron, what would be the numbers that it would have? is

+5 the max it can have? Are there higher ones? what would it cost to buy one or have one made?

Yes +5 exp is the max you can have in it. Most of the time they sell for 300+. I was able to get mine from someone quiting Doctor for 20k
