everyone always talks about a macro they use when trying stand up while Dizzy/kd i have tried to make this macro and cant seem to get it to work i know it involves /stand; /curestate dizzy; but all i ver get is the message 'You cannot heal while knockdown' i tried a /pause command in there and it didn't seem to work any better. any ideas?

I understand what your trying to say, and I've seen it done before. You might have to spam stand and dizzy heal at the same time. Tinker w/ it is my advice.

Ever since the changes (nerfs) to the combat queue, this macro hasnt worked all that well. Mine goes:
/healstate dizzy;
/stand
/healstate dizzy;
It works alright, but you basically have to spam it like crazy in hopes of getting a heal in while your flopping around.

Yep that works, it's work having it in case you do ket dizzy-KD'd... and yes, you basically have to spam it like crazy, it will take a few seconds to work, and when it does you should quickly cancel all the cued-up healStates in the combat queue

I have this macro:
Named: Dizzy
/healstate dizzy;
/macro Dizzy;
This allows me to heal it as soon as its appliedwhen i clear the combat que.

i dont use one, becaue i got them hot keyed and i dont pvp much, but you cant heal dizzy when you are are down.
i would make a macro like this:
/stand;
/pause 0.5;
/healstate; (or whatever)
/pause 0.5; (or whaterver works whith what lag you have)
/macro stand
this way if the stand works, you get the heal right away. if not, you try to stand again.
i think il make this, i was jsut too lazy to ever do it lol

the biggest problem right now is getting postured down. if you:
/healstate dizzy
/stand
3/4 of the time youll stand before the dizzy cure gets into the queue. The changes to the combat queue are a damn mess.

I have a macro that would cure any state you have, so if I only had dizzy .. I have to spam "stand" and "selfheal" in order to cure it. You have to /target yourself first especially if you're in combat. Otherwise you get the message "It would be unwise to help such a patient".

I don't have a macro for you, but I'll offer this:
Dizzy does not work by keeping you on the ground -- it works by making you fall down every time you fail a dizzy check while changing posture.
The /stand command is considered, by the game, to be a posture change even if you're already standing. So spamming it, or a macro containing it, is generally self-defeating.

First make a macro that /peace and /target self
THEN
Make a macro with
(spam it a couple times and ur guaranteed to stand)
/stand;
/healstate dizzy;
/stand;
/healstate dizzy;
/stand;
/healstate dizzy;
/stand;
/healstate dizzy;
and keep both in ur tool bar with poison / fire / disease /state cures right next to the first macro. Thank me in the morning.
THEN
Make a macro with
