I actually have better success rates with -% tools then +% tools it seems... I recently posted a thread saying "Do not experiment on your crafting tools" because I had just upgraded and all my experimentation success rates went into the can.

Yeah I've read your post Peons, can you please post in my general thread.... so the DEV's might see and respond... thanks for all your work testing this.

Using my 14.94 tool and 38ish Crafting station, I never get less than a Great Success on any combine (except the occasional critical) and ALL my experiments are either Great or Amazing (again, except for the occasional critical).

In my experience I crit fail about the same amount of time as I did using low quality tools, I never have any other kind of failure and my successes are consistently much better.
