Do doctor enhancements stack on top of each other? Or can you only have 1 enhancement at a time (like how Spice works)?

Also, do doctor enhancements stack with spice and/or food?

Only one enhancement on a particular attribute at a time (Doc enhances only affect 1 attribute, not multiples like some food and spice may). So you can have a total of 6 different Doc Enhances at a time (1 each on Health, Stregth, Constitution, Action, Quickness and Stamina).

The do not stack with any other Doc buffs. The DO stack with Spice, Food and Entertainer buffs.

Actually there is (or was) a bug and occasionally doc enhancements do stack. I was unable to reproduce it repeatedly though. I have seen at least 3 occasions where I was able to enhance the same stat twice.

I'm unable to reproduce it, but I somehow buffed a guildmate twice with an Enhance Strength D several nights ago. He had over 3500 strength (until we died horribly to 50 rebel npc's 10 minutes later )
