How are you enhancing them? If you are using the Radial menu, it is bugged and actually trying to enhance you instead. (See current Issue #1 on the Big List which at this rate will be dropping to at least #2 )

Instead of using the radial menu, click on your target and either doubl-click the pack you want to use from your inventory, or pull the pack up onto a button on your toolbar and use the appropriate toobar button to apply the enhance.

I can only seem to enhance my own stats. I can't do it to any target. I keep getting a message telling me my stat is already anhanced no matter who i have targeted. Some help here pelase.
