Thread: Advanced Stim B vs. Stim C or D?
I'm just getting started in what might eventually turn into a Combat Medic Career. So far I've just managed to get myself to Organic Chem IV as I've been building Stim B's for myself and some friends. In doing so, I've produced some Regular Stim B's with 25 charges and 180 healpoints/charge. These are by far the best I've made yet with the materials I've either harvested or bought. I see a lot of people selling Stim B's with 30+ charges and over 300 healpoints. Are those advanced Stim B's? And if so, are my 25/180 Stims pretty good?
I wanted Organ Chem IV to start making Advanced Stim's but was turned off when I found out I need to goto Lok and Dantooine to get the resources. And for a part time venture it's not economical for me to buy the resources yet. Compared to Stim C's how do the Advanced B's stack up? I'm just curious as I think the real market is going to be in B's so that the majority of the population can use them.
Not being a master doc I can make around 25/250 stim Bs with no advanced components. I'm guessing the extra experimentation could make this go a little higher. For healing in the 300s I'm guessing either a Master Doc made with high quality normalstuffor one of the components is advanced.

I have a crate of stim c's from when I was using one advanced component as was earlier in my doc career and so had not much experimentation. They used the best resources I had on hand, maybe 600-900 on PE/Q for each ingredient. That crate is 37 uses, 348 heals.
My current stim b's that I sell use 2 advanced components and are fully experimented withslightly betterquality resources as the stim c's above. They are 29 uses, 358 heals.
So, I would say if you are crafting your own stim c's with no advanced components and no factory (factory provides consistency of component quality), you are not going to do better than a master doc making stim b's from advanced components.
