Just to clarify your question a little, do you want an answer including the xp from subcomponents or do you want just the xp from assembling a StimD // Woundpack B/C?

I dont really need to know what Xp is in subcomponents because i'll be making those anyway. Right now i'm not making enhance packs but I would start if they were giving more xp than a woundpack B or a Stim D

Hmm, back when I was doing it enhance packs gave zero xp. Maybe they've fixed it by now.

Well, the answer is.. by hand.. stim C is pretty much it.
you get 2x the number of materials used to make XP for all crafted items in SWG (including meds).
You get 1/10 this amount if it is crafted in a factory however.. so Stim D+ use factory components... so you lose out on component XP (only 1/10th).
You get use Xp (UXP) if someone besides you uses your components or meds though... So, some people argue that Stim B's are better, because you can sell them and get that usage XP...
