Hi, good avian meat just spawned on corellia(valcyn server) I tried search for this but results were inconclusive. Does anyone know what drops the largest amount of avain meat on corellia? The only things I have found so far are spats, and they are pretty weak (only 16-17 per drop with hunting IV and veghash). Im hoping there is something that drops more (doughtful but spats are a 8itch :/ Thanks

carrion spats but they arent too much better quantity wise.

Gulginaws are rare.... Spats are your best bet. Only problem with spats are that they only give about 10-15 units per creature.

The best thing you can do is keep running back and forth, grabbing spat missions 2 at a time. Spats aren't that hard to kill... you'll probably spend more time finding missions than actually doing them.

I've noticed I can get about 1k an hour if i hustle from the spats. Good thing I'm home from work all day today!

Giant Carrion spats, but whereas you can get missions for spats (albeit a pain in the ass) I've never seen missions for the giant variety.
