I'm looking for good hunting spots on Rori to get avian meat. Any suggestions?

According to SWGCreatures.com I'm looking for Vir Vurs or Rasps ... not high yield critters, so I'm hoping this can work out. Didn't see any Rasp or Vir Vur missions, either...

Rebel outpost always seems to have a load of vir vir hanging about. Leastways the last few times I was there. And freaking rasps are everywhere.

Ok please tell me there is something else that drops Rori avian Meat besides Rasps?

Vir virs. But you can't get the missions off the terminals. They usually seem to be out at night and seem mainly to populate around the rebel outpost and restuss. Hunting for them is very very boring. I did it for a couple of hours and only managed to harvest around 300 units of Avian meat. My advice is either hire a ranger or wait for a better placed spawn of the stuff.

On starsider there is a spawn of avian meat on rori, but I can't find any avians... Anyone know where they are?

posted that at the same time as me, yeah I know what animals they are but i can't find them on the mission terminals, any specific area, or just anywhere?

These are extremely low level missions if you can ever get them. You will have to searchthe planet for it. Already had rangers mentioning to me its not worth it for them to hunt this. So this will be a spawn no one really gets too. Supposedly master ranger gets only like 24-29 per creature.

Vir vurs (only random spawns of these, never a mission posted for them) and the various Rasps (little birds, very little in the way of harvests, but at least you can pull missions for them). The rasps, I think, only pull on missions at levels 8 to 15 or so. Hope that helps.
