Nah. It's been around much longer than that. Many many months. I cannot tell you how long, but definitely longer than I can remember.
/agree, it's kinda annoying.

I don't think I agree with Houdani on this. I definitely didn't see this until very recently and I've had a doctor and/or medic skills just about forever. So.. yes I think this is a new bug, which came at the same time that I suddently could heal myself twice in the same second (no delay). This has lead to quite a few wasted stims.

As far as I know this has been around for a very long time (november at least), it happens when the person you are healing has wounds

When I first started Doctor and, I'll admit it, ground out some exp healing tumblers, if I tried to heal someone who was at 100% I would get a message reading "That target has no damage to heal" (or something like that) and the action was cancelled.
Now, I don't get a messageyet the stimpack disappears.
This happened a couple times when I tried to heal a hunting partner but didn't have her targeted. The heal defaults to healing myself. I had no damage to heal and 'poof' instant wasted stimpack.
This seems to have started when healing actions were visably added to the combat queue.
Is it just me?
I did bug this in game.
