I apologize for asking but i am at work and cannot look at the skill boxes. The character buidlers don't have this info included either. .
What doc skill box gives the ability to use flame suppression blankets?

It depends on your med use. The blankets can be made with lower med use, but only a Master Doc can craft them.

Just a friendly warning.
Crafting FB with good resouces will have a MU in the mid 60's.
To drive the MU down to 55 (the lowest it will go) you need very rare, very high quality resouces. It is not a matter of exp points. A 10 point doc can make them just as well as a 12 point doc.
Before you set your template up to require such low med use blankets you may want to check your servers trade forum and see if you can buy MU55 blankets on your server. I suspect that the rori rungus required to make the blankets my not be available on your server. On Flurry, for example, the only spawn good enough happened before blankets were around and only CM harvested it. As a result, there simple was not much of it to be had.

Yep. I looked at my old fire blankets (I used to be master Doc) and sure enough, MU too high. . .
I had good intentions. . ..Master Pistoleer , Doc 3040, CM 4004. I still may do it and forget about the fire blanket. Seems in PvP everyone has a DoT weapon now so think about the ability to throw poisons, heal all states, cure poison/disease . . being able to heal the mind fire that pikemen give now would be nice too. ..
