So I was asked to buff via tell. I don't do spamdoctoring (sitting in a starport spamming and buffing with queues). I thought why not and replied with a price and stats. Ok and proceeded. Now this guy has a few wounds so I ask if he'd like me to heal him up after the buff. He was absolutely shocked.

"You do that?"

I had to laugh and reply "Well I am a Doctor"

It's a damn shame really, huge arguments over buffs and prices. Huge amounts of ridiculously rude people. Tumblers. Lack of up and comers in med centres and so on.

I don't know where I was going with this, it just saddens me that I'm not asked to heal just buff.I've been a Doc for a long long time.

Then again I suppose I used to hate the fact I was taken for granted healing people up and not being tipped most of the time.

Ah well, the Doc reputation eh

I was out of the game for around 2 months when i came back i had to send tells to people wearing tags to get wounds treated. Or i had to bother ppl on my friend list to come heal me. All i seem to see today are medic healing tumblers AFK.......arg

when i was working on medic one of the big xp things i did was to travel to dantooine or dathomir, sit down next to a buff doc, and heal wounds away. that way the only thing the doc ever was required to do was ehance the stats

Thank the "Tumblers" for that. No medics in the hosp any more. Just AFK and macros running.

Unlike the production server on test center we use the player citys asthe hub of activity. I buff and heal wounds in our cantina, I use tendwound so it gives the entertainers some healing xp and it saves on meds
