Unless i'm mistaken, you need 20+ experimentation points.

You need +20 in medicine experimentation attachments. The medical apron gives you +5 so you need another +15. The normal going rate is 1 million credits per point so you're looking at around 15 million, but this varies a lot from server to server. If other docs on your server are looking for the same thing you could end up paying a lot more. Best bet is to check the trade forums for your server.
