Thread: Successful experimentation makes med worse?

Title says is all.

I was crafting an Enhance Action D pack 1 experimentation point at a time, and the second-last experimentation attempt was a plain 'success' (not great or amazing). The Enhance Action value went backwards from low 900's to 870-odd.

I fail to understand how a successful experimentation attempt can make a med worse off, it makes no sense. I was especially annoyed because I was using Janta blood. Does someone have an explanation for this?

for that particular line of experimentation, its actually averaging the result of the success/failure to the power stat and the success/failure to the duration stat, so while you might have gotten a great success on duration, and a moderat failure on power, the displayed result would have averaged out to a success.

I didn't actually notice what happened to the duration. I didn't realize duration amd power were calculated seperately. It's a bit confusing.
