Its not going to be 100% accurate, but its should be pretty close.
Lets you plug in individual resource values and predict what the outcome might be.

Well, I gave it a shot, and this calculator was 43points off. Props to Agent for making it, although I think it needs some tweeking.
For any1 else, the formula I use to calculate the final product of a buff is as follows:
40 plus the sum all power for compoents plus the sum of the oq for the gas, and oq and pe for the avian multiplied by the number .253333

Nice tool, I enjoyed playing around with it 
But I found that when I changed the PE for avian meat, it made no difference to the base power. For example there was no change in base power when I changed avian's PE from 0 to 1000. Is this how it should be? <- doc n00b atm
