how do you find out how many point doctor you are like a 10point doc or 12point doc etc....

The short answer is to craft something, you will see how many points you have. Master Doctors are all 10 point crafters, to be an 11 point crafter you need +10 points in additional skill tapes/crafting apron to add another point on top of the 10 a MD has. And of course +20 in tapes/apron to get to 12 points.

You could also just look at your skills window (CTRL-S) and look for Medicine Experimentation mod. At Master Doctor it will be +100. You get 1 point for every +10 (+100 = 10 points).
