im sure i wont be able to use Cs

but what about high quailty Bs? please say Bs are possible, my med use will be 55 with my template complete, i will only have 3000 doc. i also gotta find lvl 55 fire blankets, i know thats possible but very very rare

Bs have a normal med use of 71 or 72, and so would be pretty hard to experiment down to 55... And, I believe they would also come out with lower power than fully experimented As...

Although, really, if you're 3-0-0-0 doc, you're probably PvPing, in which case you should be prepared to spend some money. In that case, get someone to make you a bunch of Janta Blood Cure As. The extra power from the blood makes a huge difference in low level items... You could even get small crates (up to 10 is possible, but more likely crates of 5-ish), although they would be more expensive, perhaps significantly so...

But at any rate, As are totally cool. Learn to love 'em.

The problem with B's experimented down to 55 are you lose alot of power and charges with them. I can make better A's, with more charges and power. I'd look for them from your local doctor

Also remember that depending on the resources on your server, it may be hard to find 55 mu fire blankets -- this is only coming from personal experience, but for us the best we have is 56 -- so if you haven't looked into that yet, I'd double check before finalizing your template
