Thread: Grrrr Halva broke again?

Man I hope this didn't happen on this patch, I used halva to quickbuff a friend of mine this morning and I couldn't buff per second as it kept telling me I had to wait 10 seconds or so for the next pack. Can anyone confirm of this problem happening or could it just be me or my client?
