Agent 001 shut down that website because he was disgusted with the new medical crafting requirements, and I can't say I blame him.

iootnega.com would have needed serious updating to accommodate the changed schematics and requirements. I cant blame him for not putting in that work after getting nerfed big time - I wouldnt have any incentive to do it, either.
