Doctor Archive

I have a Master Doc alt that I used to use to buff and res my jedi, but now all of my buffs have changed to something else. I don't ever use this character other than to buff so I don't really know all of the changes that were made. Can someone please explain to me how buffing, healing, and rezing works. Can I still buff Health and Action stats? Do I have the same healing power as before? Can I still rez and do I need rez packs? Any info would be appreciated. Thank You

Also my jedi has medic skills, i believe I'm 3,3,0,4 medic. I can't heal worth crap right now.....I can't use the stim d's I spent thousands of dollars on and the stim b's i have do crap healing. What is the time limit between heals now......it seems much longer.
