does the doc use the enahancer on themselves or the patient?

Used as pre-CU buff packs or stim packs - click on the item and you will use the enhancer to enhance the corresponding innate ability, which gets executed on your current target then. So you use it on the patient, unlike food.

Thanks Eskie. I figured as such but wanted to make sure. I had read coments like 'with enhancer' you would get extra effect.

can anyone help me....how the heck do ya use the enhancers...i have some from the cu.......formaly buff packs....and i would like to know if there usable now and how to use them to get over 20%.....help....can anyone send me a in game tell or email......il keep chking the post...

Buff enhancers do not increase power, they just increase buff duration currently. So a medic 4xxx buffs 10% for 30 mins, a master doc buffs 10% for about 40 mins, and with enhancers you can get it up to around 47 mins.
