What is best to use them on when making the sub comps ALS, ABEC and ACRDM? I've heard that useing them on the Charges experimentation is better for ALS then ACRDM and such, is there any truth to this? And what sub components effect what aspects of stims?

The only subcomponent with charges is the Biological Effect Controller. All other subcomponents have only power.
