Are stats on stim B'sformed froma total of the OQ and PE onboth resources? Or is it an average of the two?

I'm wondering this because I'm trying to decide whether to find a good hide with 900 OQ and 900 Unit Toughness (I have an inorganic that has 900 OQ/900 PE). However, I haven't been able to tell whether not having any PE on the organic has affected the healing power on my stims. I made the mistake of experimenting for power on my ABECs (Yes, I am an idiot). Now, I'm just trying to compensate any way I can until a good shift on Starsider occurs for the Wild Wheat and Fiberplast.

At present the OQ of the organic and inorganic is averaged, but only the PE on the Organic is considered. There is a rumor that on TC this is set to change...PE across both substances will be considered. I can't confirm this.

It would mean that if you used an inorganic substance without a PE attribute such as a metal, the overall result of the Stim would suffer.
