You have crappy decay resistance on your avian meat and reactive gas.

Yeah was hoping that wasn't the case...never bothered to look at that factor till you mentioned it....thanks for the help...my search goes on...

Alright ran into a problem where enhance D health pack when crafted will not go above a duration of 6953...have spend three points trying to increase it, with only a change to base, had crafted better rated a 9500+ base 877 a week ago, with weaker materials. For some reason duration will not increase when base is increased.
If anyone has been having this problem let me know...
Using bio 19 15 (made for charges) advance chem releases 59 solid delivery 71 avian 967overall 789 PE and 953 reactive gas...
